Principali responsabilità:

1. Lead, motivate and manage a team of five sales agents.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase local sales.
3. Establish a structured and methodical sales approach for the department.
4. Set performance targets for the team and monitor progress against sales goals.
5. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
6. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
7. Provide sales forecasts and reports to management.
8. Ensure that the team maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
