Job summary
A major global logistics company is seeking a customer service representative in Bologna, Italy. The role involves providing customer service, managing cases, and documenting information related to customer concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure effective case resolution. This is a Fixed Term position, offering an opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and manage customer cases.
- Document incoming information related to customer concerns.
- Investigate evidence until the case is resolved.

This position provides customer service, inputs and investigates cases, fields calls, and monitors the process of solving the customer's case. He/She documents incoming information regarding the customer's concern and investigates all evidence until the case is completed.
