⚡ Reality Check - What Makes This Role Hard

Let’s be real - here’s what makes this role challenging:

  • this is a high-volume sales role. You’ll be handling around 100 activities per day, contacting small businesses, supermarket owners, and restaurant managers.
  • it demands high energy, self-motivation, and consistency.
  • the hardest part? Keeping enthusiasm and engagement high, avoiding monotony, and staying laser-focused on targets every single day
👤 You
Must-haves (evidence, not years)
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally welfare, payments, or digital services)
  • Proven outbound sales and remote closing skills (phone, email, WhatsApp)
  • Strong negotiation and cold-calling experience, especially with SMBs
  • Organization, autonomy, and discipline in managing your pipeline
  • Motivation to optimize scripts and improve conversion rate

  • Curiosity: you ask why before how
  • Ownership: you take initiative and act like a founder
  • Energy: you bring enthusiasm and perseverance to repetitive tasks
