Area Manager-Interior Designer & Architects

The founder, Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary, created a unique business model which provides livelihood to the artisans at their doorstep. It changed the standard practice of involving intermediaries to work with artisanal communities. The company currently has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. Job Description : The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following :

• Onboarding new Key Accounts of trade Agents, Interior Designers & Architects through regular meetings and field visits.
• Generating sales leads from existing Key Accounts through regular follow-up.
• Create a strong pipeline of sales orders through effective management of opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle.
• Remain updated about the latest trends in the market through competition mapping.

Professional Qualifications :

• 8+ years of management / supervisory experience in sales vertical with proficiency in Italian & English.
• Experience in selling products in projects through architects & interior designers.
• Demonstrated experience in understanding the Architectural & Design Projects & requirements from the Interior Designers & Architects (IDA).
• Leadership experience in a Luxury Interior Brand, specifically furniture, Lighting, and similar products.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
