Dassault Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated PLM Solution Architect based in our Milan or Rome’s office.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and architecting technical solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, assess technical feasibility, and design scalable and reliable solutions leveraging 3DS Know How and technologies powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, that meet both customer business and technical needs.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead the solution definition phase, design end-to-end solution architectures from customer AS-IS to customer TO-BE, re-Engineering current customer processes in favor the OOTB adoption:

• Act as key driver for the internal methodology (Value Engagement framework), derived from TOGAF
• Assess Customer Opportunity in regards of feasibility, value and risks
• Describe the GAPs identified and be the link with the services implementation using the same language
• Contribute with Business Consultant to capture customer business processes
• Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation
• Leverage collaboration between 3DS organization around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope
• Ensure smooth transition between Pre-sales activities and service engagement
• Support Consultants & System Integrators

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• More than 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, Global Technical Consultant, or similar roles
• Consulting experience in the PLM projects
• Strong expertise in designing and architecting technical solutions, with a deep understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and software development methodologies. Knowledge of cyber security solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and management skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Good knowledge on Industry standards & Business processes
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
