A leading transportation company is seeking a Senior Mechanical Architecture Engineer in Pistoia, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining train architecture, managing technical specifications, and leading structural engineering activities. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the railway sector, alongside proficiency in CAD tools and requirements management tools. The role requires good English language skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative international environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in the railway industry.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English at international B2 level.

Mansioni

• Define train architecture and transversal performances.
• Manage technical specifications and align with stakeholders.
• Develop layout designs for vehicle seating areas.
• Monitor project KPIs and evaluate design constraints.
• Lead structural engineering activities.
• Define mechanical interfaces of carbody shell structure.
• Perform requirements management using standard tools.
