The opportunity
We are seeking a Business Unit (BU) Transportation & Logistics (T&L) Manager to play a pivotal role in aligning and executing the global T&L strategy within the business unit. The manager acts as a strategic liaison between Hitachi Energy’s central T&L organization and the BU, ensuring seamless collaboration with interfacing functions and driving operational excellence across all logistics activities.
As a key change agent, the T&L Manager leads the successful rollout of new projects, tools, and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. They are responsible for implementing best practices that enhance service quality while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
This position can be fulfilled within Europe. We prioritize skills and experience over physical location.
