Un'importante azienda del settore FMCG cerca un Trade Marketing Manager a Milano. Il candidato ideale avrà un Master's Degree, una solida esperienza in Marketing e Trade Marketing, ed eccellenti competenze analitiche e comunicative. La posizione comporta la gestione di un team e lo sviluppo di strategie promozionali efficaci per massimizzare la crescita del mercato.

Competenze

  • Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing o Trade Marketing.
  • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel Marketing e Trade Marketing/Sales, preferibilmente nell'industria FMCG.
  • Capacità di gestire e sviluppare persone.

Mansioni

  • Guidare il team di Trade Marketing e Category Management per definire strategie locali.
  • Sviluppare e gestire strategie promozionali assicurando coerenza tra i vari canali.
  • Gestire il team di Trade Marketing fornendo coaching e sviluppo delle persone.

What you´ll do

  • Lead Trade marketing and Category Management Team to craft local channels and customers strategy, consistency with the Company vision and key objectives
  • Translate Brands plans into compelling channels strategies by category, delivering annual Channels Plans
  • Steer categories and channels plans by taking into account brands strategies, shopper insights, market data, channels dynamics and knowledge as well as customers objectives
  • Define prioritization of investment among categories , initiatives and channels
  • Develop category promo strategy ensuring consistency among different channels and subchannels and alignment to overall business goals
  • Set promo initiatives goals , defining KPIs , track results, deriving learning to inform future decisions and activities Lead category management initiatives that foster shopper education and category growth
  • Manage consumer journey by ensuring effective and innovative initiatives to drive consideration and conversion
  • Manage Trade Marketing team, providing coaching, upskilling and people development
  • Coordinate Application Engineering team to move forward the company strategic agenda in terms of Consumer and Customer centricity
What makes you a good fit
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • At least 10 years of experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing/Sales preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Experience in managing, developing and coaching people
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Italian
