Purpose of Position

As a Technical Tracking Specialist within our Global Technical Client Support and Integration department, you’ll act as the go-to expert on Awin’s tracking technology, connecting technical innovation with commercial impact. You’ll help shape the future of performance marketing by ensuring the accuracy, scalability, and evolution of our global tracking solutions.

You’ll influence Awin’s global tracking strategy and lead initiatives that drive revenue and client success. Working with teams across Product, Data, Strategic Partnerships, and Commercial, you’ll operate in a collaborative environment where technical expertise meets business strategy.

Key Tasks

• Identify and prioritize initiatives to generate or protect GP (Server to Server migration, bug fixes, etc.).
• Support and track technical projects, including Awin’s ongoing CPI project.
• Collaborate with the Data Service team to build dashboards for tracking GP and define KPIs.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap related to tracking challenges and priorities.
• Evaluate solutions to automate and improve tracking quality and support technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with tracking innovations and competitors.
• Work closely with the Strategic Partner team on ongoing activities and future alignment.
• Bridge technical and business teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution, translating technical jargon to less technical colleagues.
• Communicate clearly through newsletters, presentations, and industry representation.
• Lead within the team and collaborate with the Team Lead and department director.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience in digital or performance marketing technical roles preferred.
• Understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing operations.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
