Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead Specialist (12 month fixed-term contract)

What you’ll do:
  • Join the people team in the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding area, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager Shared Services.
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for assigned Technology, Product and Operations positions, including job briefings with hiring managers, sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and candidate management.
  • Lead job briefings and advisory sessions with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, talent availability and competitive benchmarks.
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment performance metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate experience, etc.) through data-driven reporting using Workday and other HR tools.
  • Identify and implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, and internal referrals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience, ensuring a high level of engagement and professionalism throughout the process.
  • Coordinate projects related to early careers and talent pipeline development, including internship programs and graduate initiatives.
  • Design and implement targeted employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including universities and employer branding partners.
What you’ll bring:
  • Consistent experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in structured and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • A degree in Humanities, Economics or Law; a Master’s in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • A proactive and data-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a hands‑on attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g. Workday) and recruitment analytics.
  • Familiarity with talent intelligence tools (e.g. LinkedIn Insights, market mapping tools) to support data-driven decision making.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian, with good written and verbal communication skills.
