We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experiences, managing daily store operations, and leading and motivating a high-performing team. You will act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the values and standards of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee daily operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and operational procedures.
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and implement action plans.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
  • Maintain a strong clienteling approach to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
