Job Overview

Directly reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, as a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will be required to help drive our values and philosophy by supporting the design and implementation of global talent management activities (e.g., performance management, career development, career pathing, employee engagement, just to name a few) that are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision. Beyond driving company values, your top goal will be to increase employee engagement as well as accelerate performance to deliver high‑excellence business results.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the creation, implementation, and management of talent development plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives;
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define and establish a long‑term talent strategy that may include redefining a cutting‑edge onboarding experience, determining any talent gaps previously, building career paths, and developing long‑term plans;
  • Deal with the management of high potential development programs (We Lead) and career paths (Career Framework) and promote change management.
Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Psychology is highly preferred.;
  • At least 7‑8 years of related experience in talent development / talent management.;
  • Experience supporting organizations with a high degree of complexity.;
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and activities to meet multiple strict deadlines.;
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken (B2);
  • Ability to work in an environment striving for the constant evolvement of business processes and tools;
  • Committment to create and search for new and innovative approaches to activities with the aim of enhancing performance.;
  • Resourceful organization when it comes to overcoming obstacles that hinder processes.;
  • High degree of organizational and time management skills and ability to set and manage expectations and competing priorities.;
  • Highly detail‑oriented, analytic, energetic, and self‑motivated mindset.
