As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA—sourcing, engaging, and closing world‑class talent.

This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.

📍Location: Remote—available across all countries with 4‑hour+ overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)

Where you’ll create impact
  • You’ll own end‑to‑end recruiting across product, GTM and leadership roles.
  • You’ll build and deliver a high‑velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events.
  • You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning.
  • You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first‑principles thinking and high‑speed execution.
  • You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth.
  • You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up.
