A leading AI startup is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own the recruiting process across Europe and the USA. As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA—sourcing, engaging, and closing world‑class talent.
This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.
📍Location: Remote—available across all countries with 4‑hour+ overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)
