The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities and support Finance Manager
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day finance activities
- General administrative tasks: contact with Bank, customers, suppliers and all departments
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reporting
- Reconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy
- Support Finance Manager with month, quarter, year-end closing
- Monitoring and planning cash flow requirements
- Controlling AR / AP / General Ledger
- Generate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Managing preparation of all financial reports & balance sheets
- Preparations of the budget
- Analysis of the budget versus actual results
- Process optimization
- Maintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related parties
- Preparing VAT declaration
- Support financial Manager in day-to-day operations
- Replacing Finance Manager in case of absence
- Ensure all matters consistent with Global & Company Policies and Laws management
Qualifications
- Higher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification
- 5 years experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
- Knowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc )
- Knowledge of business languages : English
