A rapidly growing international fintech is seeking a Sales Support Associate to collaborate with the Country Manager and sales team. This role involves ensuring smooth onboarding for merchants, maintaining CRM, and facilitating communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, be fluent in Italian and English, and possess excellent organizational skills. Along with a permanent contract, this role offers a hybrid work model, a generous holiday allowance, and a supportive company culture.

Role Overview

As a Sales Support Associate you will collaborate closely with the Country Manager and sales team to ensure smooth onboarding, clear communication, and efficient merchant support.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure a seamless experience for merchants by supporting onboarding, documentation, and internal approval steps.
  • Keep our CRM tidy, accurate, and up to date.
  • Act as the link between sales, operations, finance, and support to solve problems before they become issues.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials to help our sales team succeed.
  • Support the Country Manager with operational tasks and day‑to‑day activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes and be empowered to drive positive change.
What You Bring
  • Experience in sales support, customer operations, or admin roles (or strong motivation to grow in this direction).
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfort using digital tools (CRM experience is a plus).
  • A collaborative spirit and a team‑player attitude.
