Agilent is seeking a motivated, results-driven, and people-oriented **Sales Representative** to drive the growth of our **analytical instrumentation portfolio** in the **Veneto** region**!** In this role, you will: • **Drive Agilent Technologies’ core solutions** in Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and Spectroscopy. • **Develop and maintain professional sales relationships** with customers. • **Manage existing account**s by strengthening business relationships and introducing new products and workflow solutions. • **Identify and acquire new accounts** within the assigned territory. • **Collaborate with a dynamic sales team**, including Product Specialists and Application Engineers. • **Develop and implement effective strategies and tactics** to sell Agilent instrumentation solutions in a competitive marketplace.## ## **Qualifications**We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background: • University degree in Chemistry, Biology Biotechnology, or related scientific field. • A working understanding of **Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry**, **particularly as applied in an analytical laboratory setting.** • A good understanding of the sales process, along with at least two years of experience in a similar role, will be considered a strong advantage. • Fluent Italian language skills. • **If you are familiar with the laboratory environment (for example, if you distribute laboratory products such as consumables or small instruments) we strongly encourage you to apply!** On a personal level, you have the skills to **build and maintain networks** both internally and externally. You are **highly motivated**, with strong self-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
