Il candidato ideale ha un'ottima preparazione accademica, più di 5 anni di esperienza nel settore B2B e ottime capacità relazionali. La posizione richiede anche la freddezza e la capacità di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente.

Competenze

Join a dynamic multinational company in the primary sector as we seek an enthusiastic Sales Manager to drive our client sales efforts forward!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio, ensuring strong and lasting client relationships
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of customer accounts, with support from the customer service team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts , leveraging advanced Excel functionalities (including pivot tables)
  • Regularly visit clients across Italy, optimizing weekly travel schedules to maximize efficiency
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients , providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the commodities
  • Native Italian. Fluency in English is required ; proficiency in German is preferred
  • Great knowledge of the Office Automation package ( Excel , PowerPoint, Access, Word). Proficiency in Excel : including the ability to create and analyze pivot tables and manage detailed reports .

Must be a very positive person. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
