A leading HVAC solutions company is seeking a Sales Manager to manage existing business and develop new markets across Italy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team, contribute to commercial strategies, and drive the growth objectives of the company. Candidates should have a solid background in sales management within a structured international context and be fluent in English. This role offers flexibility with the possibility of hybrid work in Emilia Romagna.

Join to apply for the Sales Manager Italy role at Mercuri Urval Italy. Our client is a leading company that distributes designed and customized solutions in the HVAC sector, part of a prestigious international group with over twenty years of experience. With production facilities in Europe, the group supports the Italian commercial branch in offering premium solutions (boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems, and systems for collective domestic hot water production) to meet client needs.

Position

Reporting to the CEO of the Italian branch, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing existing business and developing new business nationwide. They will contribute to defining the commercial strategy, coordinate a team of direct employees and agencies present on the territory, and oversee the expansion of the team and the company within the national territory by opening up additional markets that are currently only partially covered, in order to achieve the growth objectives set in agreement with the parent company.

Responsibilities
  • Direct management of key clients.
  • Contribute innovative and challenging ideas and strategies to increase the company’s visibility.
  • Identify new customers and explore new application sectors.
  • Support the sales force in commercial activities, ensuring motivation, proper engagement, and a stimulating and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Solid background in a structured international context as a Sales Manager / Area Manager leading one or more sales teams in customized HVAC solutions.
  • Strong strategic skills combined with execution care, strong implementation capabilities and a hands‑on approach.
  • Leadership, listening, empathy, care for people, quality and results orientation, adaptability and flexibility.
  • Fluency in English and availability for mobility within the national territory.
