A fresh dog food company is seeking a Direct Sales Manager in Milan to lead sales activities across Italy. This role involves building a strong sales team and driving customer acquisitions. The ideal candidate should have extensive sales experience and a passion for developing teams. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

A bit about the role
Direct Sales is one of the key growth channels for the company in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. We are now excited about the plan to implement a Direct Sales team in Italy. We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to join us at this early and exciting part of our journey, building our brand presence and sharing the benefits of fresh food with pet parents across Italy. In this role you will be taking on responsibility for all of our Direct Sales activities across the nation as we look to drive new customer acquisitions.
This role will require you to lead from the front, selling in the field on a weekly basis whilst your team grows, prior to you creating a structure of trusted supervisors to allow you to step out of the field after 6 months. With that in mind, you should also see yourself as a natural & excellent salesperson, with an eye for identifying other top sellers & how to develop and train them as we grow.
