We are looking for

Sales Executive (m/w/d), driven and enthusiastic, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales team.

Your role in BizAway
  • FULL CYCLE POSITION: manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signing, at least for the first year.
  • Research and prospect new clients in Italy.
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.
  • Forecast sales revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.
  • Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary.
  • Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
  • Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your Basic Qualifications
  • You have a native level of Italian plus a good level of English (both written and spoken).
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top‑performer SDR.
  • “No excuses” attitude: your success depends on you, not on others.
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and are eager to raise the bar every day.
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value‑creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment with few certainties.

  • Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start‑ups.
