Un noto marchio di calzature cerca una Sales Assistant per il suo negozio di Milano. Sarai responsabile del servizio clienti e della vendita, mantenendo l'ordine e la pulizia nel negozio. Richiesta esperienza pregressa nel retail, ottime capacità comunicative, e conoscenza dell'inglese. Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato, full time di 30 ore a settimana, in un ambiente lavorativo stimolante e collaborativo.

Who We Are Looking For

For our Sebago store in Milano, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the customer in the sale;
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;
• Managing cashier operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.

Contract

Placement on a fixed-term contract, full time (30 hours per week).
