We are looking for a Sales Assistant for an important luxury Italian brand in Forte dei Marmi.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
2. Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new, or existing clients
3. Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
4. Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
5. Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
2. Higher education diploma and/or degree
3. Fluent knowledge of English
4. Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Team spirit
