The role encompasses ensuring compliance with procedures related to their European retail network. Suitable candidates should possess a diploma in surveying or a degree in Economics/Engineering, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are also required. This position is crucial for maintaining quality standards across the company's retail locations.

The figure will join theStores & Properties division, specifically within the Maintenance, Planning and Project Management team. They will be responsible for the operational management of maintenance activities related to the retail network located in Europe (EMEA), ensuring compliance with company procedures and contributing to the maintenance of established quality standards.

Main activities

• Ensure proper compliance with the procedure for identifying and reporting maintenance issues by stores, and the subsequent correct activation of the relevant service provider
• Conduct regular site inspections, meeting with store managers to raise awareness on the correct evaluation and reporting of defects, damages, or malfunctions
• Perform supplier analysis in terms of cost and quality of interventions. In collaboration with the manager, assess the opportunity for potential changes

Requirements

• Diploma in surveying or a degree in Economics/Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of a second language is a plus
