A prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its signature Italian fine dining restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.

Job Summary

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, from service quality and guest satisfaction to financial performance and team leadership. You will play a key role in positioning the venue as one of Dubai’s premier Italian dining destinations through operational excellence and creative self-marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a large, multicultural team.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and guest engagement.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to fine dining service and culinary standards.
  • Build strong guest relationships, with a focus on VIPs and repeat clientele.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on menu development and innovation.
  • Analyze performance data, guest feedback, and prepare operational and financial reports.
