Job Description

As Restaurant Manager, you ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional food and beverage service. You oversee daily floor operations, maintain menu knowledge, and guide the team.

  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel’s values, fostering teamwork and service excellence; train and mentor staff on service standards and menu details.
  • Deliver the highest level of guest service in restaurant and bar areas; monitor house count, arrivals/departures, VIPs, and handle complaints.
  • Perform front‑of‑house duties as needed to support a team‑oriented atmosphere.
  • Oversee opening and closing duties, update menu prices, and assist with order management; coordinate daily specials with the chef.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of liquor, wines, champagnes, and food menu items.
  • Ensure staff adherence to schedules, coordinate breaks, and inspect grooming and attire.
  • Expedite service on the floor or in the kitchen as required.
  • Conduct training programs and lead daily line‑ups.
Qualifications
