The Reservations Manager at Hotel La Palma, Capri, is responsible for optimizing revenue performance while ensuring a seamless and luxurious reservations experience. He is in charge to develop and implement pricing strategies, oversee the reservations team, and collaborate with key departments to maximize occupancy, ADR, and guest satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of Capri’s luxury market, strong data‑driven decision‑making skills, and a passion for delivering Oetker Hotels' signature personalized service.
The role brings over five years of experience in luxury hospitality reservations, with strong spoken and written English, advanced expertise in Opera PMS, RMS, and distribution channel systems, a deep understanding of the ultra‑luxury travel market and Capri’s seasonal dynamics, and proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
Oversees all distribution channels to ensure optimal visibility and rate parity across OTA, GDS, direct bookings, and luxury travel partners, while collaborating closely with Sales & Marketing to drive high‑value bookings, group sales, and exclusive packages. Leads the Reservations Team in delivering a seamless and highly personalized booking experience for elite guests, VIPs, and high‑net‑worth individuals, and develops reservations policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Manages all reservation inquiries in line with Oetker Hotels’ service standards, coordinates with Front Office, Guest Relations, and Concierge to ensure a flawless guest journey, and implements targeted upselling strategies to maximize room and suite revenue.
Leads, trains, and develops the Reservations team in alignment with Oetker Hotels’ luxury service philosophy, while collaborating with Marketing to boost direct bookings through targeted campaigns, website optimization, and exclusive offers. Additionally, partners with Sales & Events to enhance group and corporate business strategies, ensuring strong commercial performance across key segments.
