Crìa Technologies is a deep-tech startup developing breakthrough high-vacuum thermal insulation solutions for ultra-compact cold-chain logistics, serving biopharma, cell and gene therapy, IVF, humanitarian logistics, and emerging cryogenic applications.

We are looking for a highly motivated Physicist, Chemist, or Engineer to join our Naples technical team and work hands-on on laboratory development, prototyping, and testing of advanced vacuum-insulated and cryogenic systems.

Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering with the 110 / 110 final grade at both Bachelor’s and Master’s level.

At least 3 months of laboratory experience (thesis, internship, or research project).
