We are looking for a Senior / Tech Lead Python Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud‑native and Generative AI–driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on development skills with technical leadership, architecture ownership, and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Python‑based systems.
• Drive the adoption of cloud‑native architectures (microservices, containers, serverless).
• Design, implement, and optimize Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Define best practices for:
  • Prompt engineering
  • Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • LLM integration and orchestration
• Guide technical decisions related to scalability, security, and performance.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and system observability.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Python.
• Proven experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid background in cloud‑native solution design and implementation.

Mandatory Hands‑on Experience with Generative AI Solutions, including

• Prompt engineering strategies
• RAG architectures
• Working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Integrating GenAI services into enterprise applications
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Java.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and service mesh technologies.
• Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.
• Experience in defining technical roadmaps and standards.
