A prominent financial institution in Milan is seeking an experienced M&A professional to lead transactions and manage reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics or finance, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience in M&A, preferably in the insurance sector. Fluency in Italian and English is required. This permanent role offers a dynamic work environment and an opportunity to contribute to significant financial decisions.

Mansioni

• Identify, analyse and propose potential M&A deals.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, analysing and proposing potential M&A deals
• Leading M&A transactions undertaken by the Group on the basis of the delegation from the Group Head of M&A
• Ensuring the preparation of the necessary reporting for the internal decision making process related to M&A
• Managing the intra Group M&A activities and coordination of all the support internal function
• Coordination of potential external advisors involved in the transaction

Qualifications

• Must have
• Degree ideally in economics of Finance
• At least 4 years seniority in M&A (ideally related to insurance companies and asset managers)
• Italian and English mandatory; fluency in other languages welcome
