JOB PURPOSE

Searching for a dynamic, motivated, well organized Program Manager to:

A) support the Training team in planning, organizing, implementing and measuring Online Training Projects for companies with global retail network.

B) build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage projects, timelines and deliverables
  • Manage content calendar, content creation and translations for micro learning training program
  • Maintain deliverables/activity overall planning calendar
  • Analyze data and Training KPI through dedicated dashboards
  • Liase with IT team for development of tools and resources on Monday
  • Interface with IT for LMS Platform management from course creation and participant enrollment to completion reports
  • Understand customers' needs and provide them with specific products and services
  • Collect and analyze data and make it usable by the customers, so as to help them choose
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services
  • Promptly resolve any customer problems
