Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a production management or leadership role, ideally in food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards like BPOM, NKV, HACCP, GMP, Halal.
• Experience with meat processing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations.
• Develop and implement efficient production processes and quality assurance protocols.
• Manage inventory, including raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align production and warehouse capacity with market demand.
• Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production management/ leadership role, ideally within the food manufacturing sector.
• Experience with meat processing is a plus
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., BPOM, NKV, HACCP, GMP, Halal).
• Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing diverse production teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth targets.
• Systematic, detailed and proactive.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft / Google Suites
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and creating production reports
