Adecco Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Product Specialist on behalf of a leading company in the Automotive sector, to be included in the After Sales Marketing team.

The selected candidate will support the development and management of the spare parts portfolio in an international, dynamic, and innovation-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support the definition of the spare parts portfolio strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure proper product positioning.
  • Monitor product performance (volumes, margins, mix) through KPIs, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and the management of the digital spare parts catalog.
  • Participate in innovation, forecasting, and digitalization projects within the After Sales business.

Required Qualifications
