This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager | Renew Energy in Bulgaria.

In this role, you will lead product strategy and end-to-end delivery for data-driven sustainability solutions with real-world environmental impact. You will operate in a fast-growing, mission-driven, remote-first environment, working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, design, and commercial functions. From early discovery through full commercialization, you will own multiple product initiatives and help scale them from pilot to mature offerings. This role offers high autonomy, strategic influence, and visibility across the entire product lifecycle. You will balance long-term vision with near-term execution, translating complex nature and business insights into clear product outcomes. Over time, this position offers strong growth potential as the product organization scales.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive product strategy, roadmap definition, and feature delivery from ideation through launch and iteration
  • Translate complex sustainability, data, and business challenges into clear product requirements and actionable solutions
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform long-term product direction and short-term prioritization
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to evaluate performance, ensure data quality, and guide product improvements
  • Develop a deep understanding of users and personas to shape intuitive, high-impact product experiences
  • Collaborate closely with design to deliver clear, effective, and user-centered interfaces
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, scientific, and commercial teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment, adapting to evolving priorities
  • Contribute to a collaborative, caring, and high-performance team culture
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, ecology, or biology
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS or data-driven products
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced or startup environments with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex insights into clear product direction
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, including comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data
  • User-focused mindset with experience shaping products based on user needs and behavior
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively under changing conditions
  • Nice to have experience in climate, nature, or sustainability-related products
  • Nice to have exposure to data-intensive platforms, analytics, or ML and AI-powered products
