A futuristic technology company in Italy is seeking a PLC / DCS Programmer to engage in automation projects from concept development to commissioning. You will be responsible for programming control systems and creating technical documentation primarily for the Pharma and Chemical sectors. The ideal candidate has an apprenticeship in electrical engineering and experience with common automation systems. Flexible work arrangements and ongoing training opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Knowledge of various automation systems and basic/detail engineering experience.

What are your tasks

• Together with experienced colleagues, you will accompany automation projects from concept development through planning to commissioning
• You carry out the basic/detail engineering and also take on coordinative tasks in the project
• The programming and implementation of control, visualization and process control systems is also part of your area of responsibility
• You create the technical documentation for our customers in the process industry (mostly Pharma and Chemical)

What we appreciate about you

• You have an apprenticeship in electrical engineering with a focus on automation technology or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have knowledge of one or more of the most common automation systems (Honeywell TDC3000, Siemens PCS7, COPADATA Zenon/FlexLink)
• You enjoy working with customers and suppliers in an international environment
• English speaking is for you a sure statement. Other languages (French, German) will be appreciated, but are not mandatory
• Staying on Customer´s site for some weeks will not be for you an obstacle
• You have entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented way of working
• Your working style is characterized by a sense of responsibility, commitment and collegiality
