Your mission

We are looking for an Offer Marketing Manager for Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears to reinforce our Medium Voltage Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing the product defining the best marketing strategy for the Italian market, in collaboration with the rest of the team. A constant cooperation with factory, engineering, local sales teams and tendering will be required, in addition to frequent exchange with the Global Business Unit in English.

What will you do?
  • Be responsible for the performance (financial, engagement, satisfaction) of the products in the portfolio
  • Assess the competitive landscape to create technical benchmarks and for pricing strategy purposes
  • Use data (i.e. sales volume) to identify actions to increase the performances of the offer in the Italian market
  • Define and deploy launch plans for the new products, including tailored trainings and presentations to sales team and customers
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing (channels and offer) to shape the go-to-market strategy and supporting promotional activity
  • Provide proposals and develop contents to increase the promotion of the offer through digital communication (i.e. social networks), documents, software and tools
  • Support local pre‑sales and commercial teams to boost the offer through different Channels
  • Frequent and constant exchanges with the Global Business Unit sustaining and influencing product developments according with the trends and needs of Italian market
