Position Overview

We are looking for a MANUTENTORE TURNANTE to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for diagnosing and repairing systems, equipment and installations at the hotel, including electrical, lighting, hydraulic, heating and cooling, domotics, safety and fire systems, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventive maintenance of all equipment and plant systems.
• Update maintenance records and logs.
• Diagnose and manage repairs of systems or installations.
• Respond to guest requests, providing maintenance of rooms and common areas.
• Take timely actions in emergencies (blackout, alarms, fires, etc.).
• Install or relocate equipment, electrical and mechanical equipment when necessary.
• Resolve day‑to‑day maintenance requests on motors, machines, installations, and monitoring (front of house and back of house).
• Assist with hotel energy‑saving programmes.
• Manage stock of relevant supplies and coordinate procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience maintaining structures and installations, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Technical knowledge of general maintenance of electric, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, domotic and other civil systems.
• Excellent relational skills, courtesy, integrity, transparency, strong technical background, precision, attention to detail and passion for assistance and problem‑solving.
• Adherence to safety precautions.
• Regular work permit for Italy; fluent in Italian and preferably a basic level of English.
• Capability to use computers and application software (Outlook, Office, internet).
