As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Aerospace sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge?

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

• Lead the development and management of product industrialization activities , ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
• Define work cycles and production sequences to optimize efficiency and meet quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation required for manufacturing processes and compliance.
• Design and specify production equipment and tooling , supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze process data to establish accurate technical requirements and drive process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with technical and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes and resolve issues proactively.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 4–5 years of experience in roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, or Industrialization Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Italian is essential; good command of English is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical machining processes and related manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation accurately.Solid understanding of industrial design principles and production processes , ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
