Sass Dlacia S.p.A., a hospitality company with three properties in the Dolomites and Marche regions (Camping Sass Dlacia, Ütia de Börz, and Le Fontanelle Countryhouse), is looking for a General Operations Manager to join the team, with a clear path for professional growth within the company.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing multi-site operations, ensuring consistency in standards, operational efficiency, and an excellent guest experience. They will act as a key point of reference for the property managers, supporting their professional growth and fostering a shared company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operations across all three properties, ensuring quality standards and brand consistency;
  • Develop operational systems, procedures, and KPIs to monitor performance and achieve objectives;
  • Support the growth of property managers and operational teams, promoting training and cultural development;
  • Manage projects and continuous improvement initiatives with a constructive and collaborative approach;
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic development, in line with the brand culture and focus on outdoor, mountain, and sports activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in growing hospitality properties, managing multi-site operations and diverse teams;
  • Sensitivity to training, company culture, and customer experience;
  • Ability to work with KPIs, clear objectives, and monitoring systems;
