For the M&A Legal team in the Milan office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions. Specifically, will be in charge of:

• Legal due diligence activities;
• Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;
• Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations, etc.);
• Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters;
• Doctrinal and case law research activities.
