A luxury fashion brand is looking for a brand ambassador in Rome from December 2025 to January 2026. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer service in-store, assist with sales, and maintain the store's presentation. An ideal candidate should have luxury sales experience, strong customer service skills, and be fluent in English and Italian. This role includes responsibilities for customer loyalty and store organization.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing.
• Strong interest in fashion and understanding of luxury market trends.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients in the store and provide excellent service.
• Advise customers on looks and additional products.
• Develop customer loyalty through follow-up emails.
• Participate in stock management and maintain a clean store.
