LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - Impiegato/a Logistico

OpenjobMetis Spa, located in Milan, is recruiting a qualified professional for the role of Logistics Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily delivery activities to customers.
  • Manage order preparation through the application: verify warehouse availability, plan delivery, track orders via the system, etc.
  • Generate and analyze reports on eCommerce errors to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Assist colleagues in related activities during periods of high workload.
  • Handle customer requests and any complaints (Ticket returns handling).
  • Participate in new projects.
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers, customer service, and eCommerce division colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in similar roles focused on customer assistance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Systemic and analytical thinking; interpersonal, communicative and negotiation skills; problem‑solving; openness, flexibility and teamwork.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of a TMS platform.

Employment type: Temporary (in somministrazione with possible conversion to permanent). Salary: CCNL Commercio level 3, indicative RAL €28‑30k + meal vouchers. Working hours: full time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00. One day per week of smart‑working after an initial training period.

Work location: Milan, Porta Nuova.
