We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team.

Base Location : Milano, Italia.

Responsibilities :

• Counsel the business operations in Germany and the UK by providing proactive, professional, competent, cost-effective, and creative legal support.
• Bring negotiation and drafting skills along with business sense to collaborate with multiple teams within HONOR Western Europe in a rapidly scaling business environment.
• Work with regional and local business leaders across Western Europe (Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, France, etc.) and supporting departments (Finance, Admin & HR), advising on legal risks, business strategies, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Work independently and as part of various teams, managing projects alongside daily responsibilities.

Qualifications :

• LL.B. or LL.M. degree (Bar qualification is a significant asset).
• At least 2 years of experience in a multinational company or law firm (flexible based on experience).
• Experience handling company legal affairs and procedures.
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Practical business judgment and ability to assess real-world risks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for internal or external consultations.
• Team player with the ability to work under stress.
• Persistent and resilient attitude.
