A leading semiconductor company in Milan is looking for a talented Principal System Engineer to foster technical leadership and drive product innovation. Responsible for understanding customer requirements, developing tools, and collaborating cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high voltage applications and isolated gate drivers. This position offers a full-time contract within a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of working experience in system or application engineering.
• Deep understanding of power conversion topology, AC/DC and DC/DC.
• Experience in PCB design and layout is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as a recognized technical expert to solve complex customer challenges.
• Provide direct technical support to customers and collaborate with marketing.
• Create sophisticated tools that help customers integrate isolated gate drivers.
