Competenze

• 4-5+ years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager or CRM Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and Clienteling processes.
• Ability to support change management and user adoption.

Mansioni

• Define, manage, and prioritize the CRM Product Roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs.
• Report and monitor KPIs to evaluate CRM product evolution.
