As such, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager based in Milan to address the North West Italy cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding OVHcloud's presence in the market.
- Map the account portfolio to identify business opportunities.
- Understand and network in the Northwest region.
- Manage and develop a portfolio to generate revenue growth.
- Support and advise the account portfolio with a Sales business partner approach.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Adapt the account strategy to meet business and sales objectives.
- Help develop the OVHcloud brand and its reputation through various events.
Future Impact (after 6 months):
- Knowledge of OVHcloud's product universes, services, and use cases.
- Mastery of your portfolio: understanding the businesses and challenges of your clients.
- Physical and/or virtual meetings with your entire portfolio.
- Identifying clients with growth potential and prospects to pursue.
- Familiarization with performance management tools: pipeline, leads, revenue tracking, and commercial reporting.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of corporate finance.
- Mastery of the different stages of the sales cycle.
- Knowledge of the principles of a business model and operating model.
- Knowledge of the specifics of physical and digital sales.
- Knowledge of the market, its potential developments and its competitors.
- Good understanding of OVHcloud (organisation, offers, internal processes, teams, products, tools, etc.).
- Master of internal commercial management tools (CRM, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of issues relating to the handling and processing of personal data (GDPR).
- Understanding of cloud/webcloud technology solutions and their impacts.
- Knowledge of request for quotation response processes.
Key Account Manager – MEA Sales Team (Turkey)
For a leading multinational company in the manufacturing industry, we are seeking a Key Account Manager with a solid sales expertise to join the MEA Sales Team, covering especially Turkey. The team manages a network of distributors selling the company’s core products within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the full range of company products and provide tailored solutions to distributors in the assigned region.
- Expand the customer base where possible, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure smooth and effective communication with the Customer Service Department to guarantee accurate order processing.
- Maintain ongoing collaboration and alignment with internal offices related to sales and customer activities.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a sales‑related role.
- Proven track record in managing sales within the MEA region.
- Proven track record in managing sales within Turkey.
- Previous experience working with distributors.
- Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus.
Junior Key Account Manager – HONOR

Fleet Key Account Manager – Italy
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Fleet Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients and fleet customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent negotiation skills, and proven B2B sales track record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fleet customers, leasing companies, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
- As a preference be educated to degree level or equivalent (e.g. Economics, Business).
- 5 years of experience in a professional B2B environment; consumer health industry or optician environment is an advantage.
- Work experience in a commercial function, preferably B2B sales or customer relationship.
