A leading pharmaceutical company in Italy seeks a Sales Specialist II / KAM for their Oncology division. In this role, you'll engage with healthcare professionals and manage account planning while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. We have an established, high-performing Oncology sales team in Italy covering multiple indications. On the back of continued success, we’re expanding the group and looking for a Sales Specialist II / KAM to join the team. In this role, you’ll lead customer engagement across your territory, meeting Healthcare Professionals and representing Regeneron Oncology at key meetings. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the local healthcare economy, tailoring each conversation to the account and stakeholder. You’ll own account planning end-to-end, partnering closely with the Cross-Functional Team, with clear scope to grow your territory.
To be considered, you will have a Bachelor’s degree (or recognised equivalent for sales professionals) and at least five years’ experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, including oncology. You will be qualified under the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Practice (for example, EFPIA and applicable local codes and regulations) and be fluent in Italian, with frequent travel as part of the role. You’ll be confident using data, multiple systems, and CRM tools, with the technical aptitude to deliver disease and concept selling and present effectively to different audiences. Launch experience and English language skills are a plus.
