Job Description Summary

As a BIP Key Account Manager you will achieve business objectives and develop partnership relationships with clients in the assigned area (Hospital Pharmacists, Nurses, Risk managers, and Clinicians). You will report hierarchically to the Sales & Marketing Manager BIP, analyze reference markets, study client organization and needs, identify stakeholders and decision makers to insert our products into Regional and/or Hospital Handbook. You will define an action plan consistent with strategic guidelines and priorities, carrying out segmentation and customer targeting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the achievement of assigned business objectives.
  • Communicate any deviations from assigned business and define corrective actions.
  • Update monthly sales forecast and participate in yearly sales target definition.
  • Provide timely scientific updates of the latest clinical evidence related to BIP products.
  • Identify products, prices, and services of the competition and share information with management and team.
  • Participate in local, national and international conferences.
  • Manage relationship with area KOLs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in cross‑divisional projects.
  • Lead tender processes in the geographical area of responsibility.
  • Submit quotations for approval with price in line with current strategy.
  • Update opportunities in SFDC.
  • Support external partners (agencies and distributors) in promotional activities aligned to BU strategy.
  • Assist end users in training and educational activities, including operating room support.
  • Collaborate with local Product Manager and EU Marketing Team to plan and execute local activities.
About You
  • Scientific degree according to Italian policies that allow drug promotion.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Ability to transform product into solutions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, including expertise in diseases, treatments, and medical procedures.
  • Strong focus on customers and orientation to their needs.
  • Knowledge of the Italian healthcare market, competitor activity and broad trends.
  • Tactics to grow volume and market share.
  • Ability to implement sales strategy and tactical plans on the field.
  • Success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers and industry KOLs.
  • Ability to manage multiple products/projects.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and business practices.
  • Successful track record of developing relationships with consumers, customers and key stakeholders.

Preferably located in East Lombardy.

Target base salary range: €45,000 to €55,000 per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
