A leading company in vehicle repair solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to develop growth opportunities with existing accounts and partners. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of sales experience in the vehicle repair industry and is fluent in both Italian and English. Key responsibilities include defining business plans, building relationships, and providing a seamless purchasing experience. This role requires occasional travel across North and Central Italy.
This role develops and defines growth opportunities with assigned accounts. This position also has the responsibility to increase relationships and business opportunities with new Accounts and Partners in relation to Solera products dedicated to repairer networks and independent repairers in large/medium sizes in North and Central Italy.
Main activities and objectives:
In cooperation with the Sales Director, define and operationalize the account's business plan for major prospects and existing customers. Support and drive relationships at all levels, whether technical or commercial, and foster discussions with customers to transition them from legacy and offline products to digital bodyshop management systems and estimatics supported by AI.
Collaborate with the Product Manager, implementation manager, and customer service to ensure the best purchasing experience for our customers. Create a post-sales approach to communicate regularly with customers.
Attend industry events such as tradeshows and congresses, and be prepared to travel to customer premises as needed.
The role interacts with another sales representative responsible for Southern Italy and colleagues responsible for other market segments, such as Insurance, Service Maintenance and Repair, Parts, and Fleet.
The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with some background in the vehicle repair industry in Italy. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Preferably located in North or Central Italy.
