Job Purpose:
The Junior Product Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping the jewellery production chain running smoothly, ensuring a seamless flow of product from suppliers through to point of sale.
Responsibilities include:
raising purchase orders, tracking production and delivery timelines, coordinating finished goods collection, and organising shipments to the warehouse. The role also acts as a central point of contact between teams in Italy and the UK, driving clear communication across production, after-sales, and logistics/returns.
