A leading fashion company is seeking a HR professional to manage supply chain HR functions. The ideal candidate should have HR experience in a supply chain and manufacturing environment, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, and policy adherence. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and knowledge of HR laws for Italy and Switzerland. The position promotes a supportive, equal-opportunity work environment.
The HR department operates across Tuscany - Florence, Pistoia and Arezzo Municipality. Many of the employees are based in the field (Factories) and communication is key to maintaining a healthy working relationship. The department is currently structured as follows: HR Director Supply Chain (reports to the SVP SC), 1 HR Director Supply Chain Factories, 1 HR Advisor (working across both factories) and 1 SC HR Admin (based in Sicla) - these last 2 roles are reporting to the HR Director Supply Chain Factories; 1 HR Advisor based in the JCF Office and managing also JCS- Switzerland.
